A friend encouraged me to take a chance on a unit in San Juan, PR, and using my skills as an analyst, I dove into research and took the leap. In no time, I expanded my portfolio, adding units, assisting local owners, and co-managing listings virtually.

This experience led me to create Sincere Homes – a cohosting and property management service dedicated to providing memorable stays for travelers and maximizing returns for property owners.
